    Do you ship internationally?

    No, we only fulfill orders within the USA at this time.

    Does it cost extra for shipping?

    We offer free shipping for all orders over $100. Less than that, shipping will be $3-10 or may already be factored in to product pricing.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Typically, 7-14 days. However, due to COVID-19, we've had logistical delays. Please expect 2-3 weeks for some products. Contact us for more information on this if it of concern.

  • Orders

    Can I return my order if I don't like it?

    At this time, we do NOT offer refunds unless the delivery items were incorrect or the product was damage upon delivery, and is proven with photos within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. For other reasons, please contact us. Customers may be able to get a refund if they pay full shipping and handling back to our warehouse.

    Do you have an option to give as a gift?

    Sorry, but we do not offer any gifting services at this time.
